Watch: Jackson Mayor Fires Back at Residents Upset at LSTA Meeting

At last night’s Council meeting, Jackson Mayor Mike Reina was bashed by a number of residents, as well as Rise Up Ocean County leader Rich Ciullo, for meeting with the LSTA to discuss safety issues.

The complainers were upset that Reina had met with a non-Jackson entity to discuss concerns inside Jackson.

Watch his fiery response.

  1. Yesterday I sent you a nice note wishing you much success. Today I’m wondering if I can charge you $1 every time you use my name to portray me as some type of boogeyman?

At this meeting I said nothing about Mayor Reina attending a meeting with the LSTA, hell I support cooperation between the township government and the Board of Education to address the issue of private school busing. I did point out that Avi Schnall’s attendance, given that he has no direct involvement in the school busing issue and because Agudath Israel is an adversary in litigation against the town, was inappropriate.

You have my email address, feel free to reach out for comment any time.
