DWI
August 28, 2023, At 12 a.m., Officer Adam Bylsma responded to a disabled vehicle in the roadway of S. Clover Street called into dispatch by LCSW. Marco Hernandez-Morales, 31, from Lakewood NJ was arrested and charged with DWI.
Officer Michael Villalba, Eric Micallef, and Wendell Hunter assisted in the investigation.
DRUGS
August 28, 2023, At 6 p.m., During Officer Connor Woods’s investigation of a prior incident, he discovered that Marcos Rivera-Rodriguez, a 25-year-old resident of Lakewood, NJ, had several active warrants. Marcos was subsequently located and arrested for these warrants. During the arrest, drugs were found in his possession and he was charged accordingly.
ROBBERY
August 29, 2023, At 5 p.m., Officers Robert Meyer Jr., Willie Cuzco, Felix Rivera, Nadine Clarke, and Kevin Bell were dispatched to Red Square to respond to a reported robbery involving a weapon. With the assistance of the victim, the officers were able to locate the assailant, Olivia Paige, a 35-year-old resident of Toms River, NJ. Paige was arrested and charged with robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, and theft of movable property.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
August 31, 2023, At 4:30 p.m., Officers Christopher Dunphey and Kyle Seehausen, were dispatched to the area of Rt 70 to respond to a disturbance. Upon arrival, the officers conducted an investigation and identified the actor as William Worthington, a 64-year-old resident of Lakewood, NJ. Worthington was promptly arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Possession of an Unlawful Weapon.
