Teens Vandalize Toms River’s Playground for Disabled Children

Police say they were recently made aware of several vandalizing incidents that occurred at the Field of Dreams complex in Toms River this past weekend. Several juveniles involved in the incident(s) have been identified.

The Field of Dreams complex is staffed and ran by volunteers, who take great pride in providing a safe and fun area for our special needs children and their families.

“Vandalism will not be tolerated and those who commit offenses will face charges. Please help us in keeping the Field of Dreams and the City of Absecon a family-oriented and welcoming community,” police said.

Police have not said what, if any, charges the juveniles will face.
