Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer was recently honored by the New Jersey Bias Crimes Officers Association with their most prestigious award – the Thomas E. Culp, Sr. Exceptional Leadership Award.
The NJ Bias Crimes Officers Association cited Prosecutor Billhimer’s leadership in standing up to hate in all its insidious forms throughout Ocean County and his ongoing efforts to build relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
