The body of missing Manchester resident Erik Zakrzewski, 51, was discovered in a wooded area in Lacey Township on Thursday.
Zakrzewski was reported missing to the Manchester Township Police Department the day prior, and his body was located by the New Jersey State Police Aviation Unit.
The decedent was transported to Community Medical Center pending a post-mortem examination. The investigation into Zakrzewski’s death is being conducted by the Lacey Township Police Department.
Police haven’t said so outright, but it does not appear that foul play is suspected.
