A young Lakewood burn victim was transported to a burn center via helicopter a short time ago.
Hatzolah was dispatched to the scene of a severe burn to a 2-year-old boy in the area of Monmouth Ave. and Route 88 just after 4 pm, with paramedics quickly determining that the child required a hasty transport to a hospital.
The Medevac landed at the Lakewood High School on Somerset Avenue, where it was met by Hatzolah. Specially trained flight paramedics then took over, transporting the little boy to a burn center for treatment.
A name for tehillim will be published if the family makes it available.
