A beautiful event was held this past Thursday to honor Bais Medrash Govoha’s devoted roshei chaburah who spend their lives not only leading chaburos in BMG, but also serve as mentors and guides for those in their chaburah.
The event served dual functions: highlighting and exemplifying the dedicated work conducted of the roshei chaburah, apprising them of details relating to Adirei Hatorah’s upcoming maamad hatorah at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on Sunday, June 4th, who will be sharing that information with their yungerleit.
In addition to the roshei chaburah, the event was attended by philanthropist R’ Louie Scheiner, Harav Yeruchem Olshin shlit”a, Rav Dovid Schustal shlit”a, Rav Malkiel Kotler shlit”a, and other leading figures from Bais Medrash Govoha.
A second asifa for rabbanim of the Lakewood region will be taking place within the next few weeks, while a third will be held for shul representatives from Lakewood, Jackson, Toms River, and Manchester kehillos on April 30th.
