BUSTED: New Jersey Councilman Arrested After Selling Drugs to Undercover Cop

A member of the Flemington, New Jersey, township council was arrested on multiple drug-related charges after he allegedly sold cocaine and meth multiple times to an undercover officer.

Malik D. Johnston, who is also known as Pippin J. Folk, is accused of selling drugs to the undercover officer on multiple occasions between December 2022 and February 2023. All of the transactions occurred in Raritan.

Police also found additional quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine in his personal possession following his arrest.

Johnson was elected in 2020, and served on Flemington’s animal control, courts, Fleming House, library, and shade tree committees. He also worked as an electrical mechanical technician.
