The Lakewood Zoning Board on Monday evening approved an application to construct two apartment buildings on Pinehurst Drive in Ocean Park Village, a development off New Hampshire Avenue.
The approved application calls for the construction of two, 3-story buildings with eight apartments in each structure, for a total of 16 apartments.
