Agudath Israel of America’s Zahav Senior Resource and Referral Center will host a major Estate and Financial Planning event on Tuesday, September 2, at Beru, 2373 US-9, Toms River, NJ, near Gourmet Glatt South.
The evening will feature a keynote address by Rabbi Paysach Krohn, alongside an expert panel including Rabbi Naftuli Lerner, Director of the Business Halacha Institute; Joseph Klein, Esq., CPA, a trusts and estate attorney and partner at Korsinsky & Klein LLP; Yisroel M. Krohn, CFP, financial planner at Mayco Financial Services; and Dr. Allen Lempel, MD, a geriatric and internal medicine specialist and medical director at Leisure Chateau Care & Rehab Center.
The program will begin with a mini expo and fleishig hot buffet at 6:00 p.m., followed by the main program at 6:45 p.m. and Maariv at 9:15 p.m. The event is open to both men and women.
Organizers say the focus will be on helping families protect assets, optimize finances, embrace healthy aging, and strengthen family unity. Topics will be addressed from halachic, legal, financial, and medical perspectives.
The event comes amid growing awareness of the risks families face without adequate planning.
