WATCH: Former NJ Senate President Steve Sweeney Launched Bid For Governor

Former New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney on Monday morning officially launched his bid for the New Jersey governorship in 2025.

Sweeney made national headlines 2 years ago when he was lost his Senate seat to truck driver Ed Durr.

The former Senate president joins Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop as the first Democratic candidates in the race for New Jersey governor.
