Recently elected Assemblyman Avi Schnall was officially sworn-in at a Tuesday ceremony in Trenton along with his fellow Assembly members.
The event was held at the War Memorial across from the New Jersey Statehouse, just ahead of Governor Murphy’s State of the State address being delivered at 3:30 pm.
Shortly after being sworn-in, Assemblyman Schnall was appointed by Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin to the Education Committee, where he will push his education-centered agenda in the Legislature. He was also appointed to the State and Local Government committee.
