VIDEOS: Areivim Sign-Up Initiative at Beth Medrash Govoha

A sign-up initiative launched at BMG today for Areivim, which sets up trust funds for yesomim in the tragic event that a parent passes away.

Areivim does not charge monthly; rather, it only charges participants in the event that a participating member passes away. In such a case, Areivim charges participants a maximum of $42 per month until the a fund of $150,000 is set up for each yasom and yesomah.

Areivim, which has the backing of the BMG roshei yeshiva and numerous rabbanim, also works with the family’s rav and a financial advisor to ensure that the funds are being allocated properly and that the children will be taken care of.
