Sesame Bakery opened its new Lakewood shop today at 700 Cedarbridge Ave in the Chase Bank shopping plaza.
As always, the reliably impressive Efraim Feder of Imperial Real Estate provided Lakewood Alerts and all his WhatsApp status viewers a sneak peek of what’s in store for Sesame patrons.

Who’s Hashgacha?
I don’t say this with any joy but simply stating it because its the reality today. The reality today is that many bakeries of late have opened only to close within a year and they all convince themselves that their store is somehow a different type of bakery and it’s going to ‘make it’….. sure they try different gimmicks and different ideas and open up in different locations but the reality is today it’s different than it used to be where people would go to a bakery a fish store and a takeout store all on a late Thurs or on a busy Friday. Who doesn’t remember Second Street on Friday afternoon and how busy it was? Today with Seasons, GG, Kosher West and Evergreens and others, people are not interested in making 2,3 or 4 stops. That’s why there are no more fish stores in Lakewood… and take-out stores almost are nonexistent. And thats also why new bakeries don’t stay open for long.. and so while I wish the new owner really well just know how this town operates.. besides I’m not sure it’s not הסגת גבול with a bakery right across the street ..
I would expect a masmid to spell השגת גבול correctly.
he spelled it correctly.
Thank you for your defense….see you at the bais medrash in just a bit!
@Cool masmid
Hashm has enough money to go around, and give out to His children. If you have bitachon there’s enough room for everyone. Nothing to do with town, neighbors etc. Only to do with HKBH and the Parnasssa that was granted to u on Rosh Hashana.
Much Hatlazcha!
Their is nothing like a fresh bakery with real fresh donuts and danishes!!
