VIDEO: Police Searching For Hit-And-Run Driver Who Killed A Dog

At approximately 10:22 AM on Sunday, police officers in Manchester responded to the area of Charles Avenue and Nathan Avenue in the Summit Park section of the township for a deceased dog in the roadway. After canvassing the area, police  obtained the following residential surveillance footage and observed that the dog was struck by a dark colored SUV.
Prior to police arrival, the vehicle left the scene after striking the dog and the driver failed to report the crash. At the time of this post, the driver and vehicle have not been identified.
We are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver and vehicle in the footage posted (which has been slowed down).
