BMG has begun clearing land for a massive new apartment complex off Carey Street on property purchased in 2022 from Georgian Court University. In addition to 600 apartments for bnei yeshiva spread across six buildings, the project will also add more through streets from 14th Street to BMG and from Forest to 14th Street and Private Way.
