An Uber Driver went to pick up and transport an unknown black male approximately 5’9 200 lbs answering to the name Liam. Upon arrival, “Liam” only wanted his duffle bag transported to NYC.
The Uber driver felt uncomfortable and believed it to be filled with illegal drugs and contacted the Seaside Heights Police Department.
Seaside Heights officers opened the duffle bag full of marijuana and gummies, and contacted Toms River police as the address it was picked up from was in their jurisdiction.
