Two Young Boys Die Following Tragic Boating Incident in Ocean County

A tragic boating incident on the Barnegat Bay near Bayville claimed the lives of two young boys on Sunday, according to multiple reports.

Emergency responders were dispatched to the waters off Bay Boulevard after receiving reports of CPR in progress aboard a vessel. The boat was met near MJ’s Restaurant Bar & Grill, where first responders immediately began lifesaving efforts.

The boys reportedly suffered traumatic injuries while aboard the boat. Despite extensive rescue efforts, both children were pronounced dead. Their identities and ages have not yet been released.

Authorities have not disclosed what led to the incident, and it remains unclear whether additional people aboard the vessel were injured. The circumstances surrounding the tragedy remain under investigation by law enforcement and marine officials.
