Lakewood Alerts regrets to inform you of the sudden and tragic petirah of Mrs. Ettie Friedman. Just 42 years old, she was a beloved baalas chesed and baalas midos who served as an inspiration to all who knew her.
Mrs. Friedman became ill last week and was rushed to the hospital, where she tragically passed away. Mrs. Friedman’s maiden name was Davidowitz, from E. 21st in Flatbush.
The nifteres is survived by her husband, R’ Shlomie, and several children, including one who will be getting married in just three weeks.
Family members are currently flying in from Eretz Yisroel to attend the levaya, which is tentatively scheduled for 7 PM Thursday evening at the Lakewood Chapel, 613 Ramsey Avenue, with kevurah following in the adjacent bais olam.
