TRAGEDY: Infant Suddenly Niftar In Lakewood On Friday Afternoon

Tragedy has once again struck Lakewood, as an infant was tragically niftar from SIDS shortly before Shabbos.

The baby, Miriam Aidel Smith a”h, the daughter of Yitzy and Sarah Smith yb”l of Scranton, was found unresponsive at a home on Somerset Avenue just hours before Shabbos. Hatzolah rushed to the scene but were sadly unable to revive the baby.

The parents will be sitting shiva at 830 Somerset Avenue in Lakewood on Sunday and Monday, with shiva Tuesday through Friday at their home in Scranton, 801 Clay Avenue.
