Elchonon Fasten z”l, a 19-year-old bochur from Lakewood, was tragically niftar following a crash and vehicle fire on the Garden State Parkway in Old Bridge, NJ, early Wednesday morning.
The crash occurred near Exit 120 as Elchonon z”l was driving from Boro Park to Lakewood.
