Toxic Substance Leaking Into Storm Drain Prompts HazMat Response in Howell

HazMat professionals were called in to assist after liquid asphalt began leaking into a storm drain on Assateague Drive in Howell on Monday afternoon.

There were no reports of injuries or contamination of underground water from the spill.
