Toraso B’Umnaso Hosts Free Seminar for B’nei Torah Entering the Workforce

Toraso B’Umnaso is hosting a unique seminar on Tuesday night at the Beru Grand in Toms River for B’nei Torah who have recently transitioned from yeshiva life into the working world. The event aims to support participants in integrating Torah values within a secular workplace, fostering personal growth while balancing their roles at home and at work.

The seminar will begin with a welcome and registration at 4:30 p.m., followed by a series of insightful talks and sessions led by respected Rabbonim. The opening address, “Your New Avodah: Embracing the Transition into the Workplace,” will be delivered by HaRav Yosef Elefant, focusing on how individuals can bring their yeshiva values into the workforce.

The evening will include a Q&A session featuring HaRav Elya Brudny and HaRav Uri Deutsch, addressing the challenges faced by Torah-observant professionals. Topics like “Real Questions, Real Answers: Guiding the Ben Torah into the Workplace” will provide participants with practical advice on navigating modern work environments while adhering to the Torah.

A buffet dinner and dessert will be served, followed by a lecture from HaRav Uri Deutsch titled “Living in Hashem’s Presence: Bringing Emunah into Everyday Life.” The program will conclude with a presentation by HaRav Chaim Meir Roth, “Choshen Mishpat in Action: Practical Halachic Guidance for the Workplace,” covering essential ethical and legal practices according to Jewish law.

Toraso B’Umnaso has emphasized that this seminar is designed to provide attendees with real-life guidance. The schedule includes opportunities to connect with Rabbonim and business owners who have established work environments that encourage both personal and spiritual growth. Breakout sessions will provide a platform for participants to engage with mentors and peers on practical applications of Torah values in the workplace.

Admission to the event is complimentary, and the program will conclude with Maariv at 8:45 p.m. Those interested in attending are encouraged to RSVP at info@torahb.com or contact 732-333-1549.
