Toms River Police Nab Suspect Who Broke Into Multiple Cars, Stole Credit Cards

The Toms River Police Department investigated three vehicle burglaries in the North Dover section of town between January and April of 2024. It was discovered that several credit cards were stolen from within the vehicles and fraudulently used multiple times at various locations.

During the course of the investigation, Detective Grob was able to identify Kristopher Fudali of Toms River as the suspect in the fraudulent use of the credit cards. Fudali was arrested and charged with computer theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
