Tickets to the fifth annual Ma’amad Adirei HaTorah sold out in just four hours on Monday, a dramatic acceleration over previous years and a sign of the event’s growing still-growing popularity with bnei yeshiva.
Organizers made tickets available at 2 p.m. Monday. By 6 p.m., every seat was gone.
The maamad is scheduled for Sunday, May 31, at the Xfinity Mobile Arena, formerly the Wells Fargo Center, in Philadelphia.
Tickets to past maamadim have also sold out, but never at this pace. For instance, last year’s event took 72 hours to fill. Organizers had warned in the lead-up to Monday’s sale that those hoping to attend should secure tickets as soon as possible, anticipating another sellout — though few expected the arena to be claimed before the afternoon was out.
Additional details about the maamad are expected to be released in the coming weeks.

Not every single seat is sold out. They are still selling obstructed view seating.
No need to be overly dramatic.
