There was a serious MVA on Drake Road in Lakewood just after midnight, early Thursday morning. The crash involved one vehicle which slammed into a tree, and left three injured.
One victim was initially pinned in the vehicle, but Hatzolah was able to extricate the victim prior to the arrival of an extrication unit.
The extent of the injuries were unknown, and were being transported to the jersey Shore Trauma Center.
The victims were treated by Hatzolah and Lakewood EMS, and Lakewood Fire Department was on the scene as well.
