Lev Rochel Bikur Cholim is hosting its much-anticipated “Women & Wellness 3.0” event Monday evening, inviting women from across the community to reset, recharge, and reconnect with their health.
The event, which will take place at the Fountain Ballroom and Kesser Moshe Yehudah (725 Vassar Ave), is expected to draw thousands of attendees eager for direct access to top medical professionals, engaging health talks, and practical wellness tools.
“Neglecting your health can mean missing out on the moments that matter most,” event organizers said. “This is your night to put yourself first — and walk away empowered.”
The program features two tracks tailored to different needs:
- Track A: Reproductive & Family Health (7:00–9:30 PM) — covering pelvic health, postpartum care, imaging, and more.
- Track B: General Wellness & Aging (6:45–9:30 PM) — focusing on topics like gut health, menopause, Ozempic, skin checks, and teen wellness.
Attendees will also enjoy access to doctors ready to answer sensitive “Is this normal?” questions, and specialists who typically have months-long wait times. And yes — there will be delicious food you didn’t have to make yourself.
Doors open at 6:00 PM. Entry is $20 at the door, but a final chance to pre-register online is available today for just $15. Free parking has been arranged in nearby lots.
“Bring a friend, split the tracks, and compare notes,” the organizers added. “Because everything’s better with a friend — especially wellness.”
