DWI
September 23, 2023, At 2 a.m., Officer Nicholas Cusanelli responded to a disturbance in the area of Cottage Place. Upon arrival, the officer observed Ernesto Barrios-Guzman, 31, from Manchester, NJ commit a traffic violation. Consequently. Barrios-Guzman was taken into custody for DWI and charged with the following: DWI, Reckless Driving, Parked Blocking the Driveway, and Open Alcoholic Beverage.
Officers Adam Bylsma, John Ganley, Anthony Prisco, and Julian Guzman assisted in the investigation.

September 29, 2023, At 10:30 p.m., Officer Jacob Matthews responded to a three-car motor vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and Ocean Avenue. During the investigation, it was found that Marco Gil-Titla, a 35-year-old resident of Lakewood, NJ, was driving under the influence and hindering the apprehension process. Additionally, Miguel Montano-Martinez, a 36-year-old resident of Brick, NJ, was also arrested for hindering apprehension. It is worth noting that both individuals were in the same vehicle at the time of the crash.
Officers Joseph Rusk, Anthony D’Angelo, Michael Sheehan, and Adam Bylsma assisted in the investigation.

DWI
October 2, 2023, At midnight, Officer Adam Bylsma patrolled the area of Clover Street and Bergen Avenue, he observed a vehicle running with a person sleeping in the driver- seat. Tomas Velasco, 39, from Lakewood NJ was taken into custody and charged with DWI.
Officers Daniel Hourigan, Richard Uriarte, and Dawry Desangeles assisted in the investigation.

WANTED PERSON
October 6, 2023, At 12 p.m., Officers Joseph Soriano and Jeffrey Emmons were in the area of Red Square and observed James G. Sloan, 55, from Jackson, NJ from previous interactions. Dispatched confirmed multiple warrants and Sloan was arrested and processed.
Officer Jason Yahr assisted in the investigation.

WANTED PERSON
October 7, 2023, At 3 p.m., Officers Matthew McAvoy and Derek McAvoy were patrolling in the area of 2nd street and observed Lisa Dulany, 43, from Lakewood, NJ from previous interactions. Dispatched confirmed active warrants and Dulany was arrested and processed.
Officers Willie Cuzco and Kristina Rosado assisted in the investigation.
