WANTED PERSON
October 13, 2024, Officer Jacob Matthews responded to a complaint of two males fighting in the area of 2nd Street. Officers arrived at the scene and only one of the male parties involved was present, Steven Reeves, 62, from Lakewood, N.J. Dispatch confirmed a local warrant and he was subsequently arrested.
Officers Lorenzo Camacho, Bryan Rodriguez, Alexander Lopez, and Derek McAvoy assisted in the investigation.

October 13, 2024, Officer Alexander Lopez responded to a motor vehicle crash on Clifton Avenue and First Street. Officer Mandelbaum located the vehicles involved, and after further investigation, one of the drivers, Ascencio De Los Santos, 56, from Toms River, N.J., was arrested for DWI. He was charged with DWI, Careless Driving, and other related offenses.
Officer Bryan Rodriguez assisted in the investigation.
WANTED PERSON
October 15, 2024, Officers Eric Micallef and Vincent Wittmann were doing a routine check of the muster zone when they encountered a disturbance between two men. One man was inside a vehicle, while the other was yelling from outside the vehicle. The officers ran a check on the vehicle’s license plate and found a flag from a previous hit-and-run incident. Dispatch confirmed that there were warrants out for the owner of the vehicle, who was identified as Alex Carpiogutierrez, 27, from Lakewood, N.J. The officers arrested him for local and out-of-town warrants and notified Traffic Safety of his arrest.

October 17, 2024, Officer Adam Rihacek responded to Princeton Avenue and Squankum Rd for a driver asleep at the wheel blocking a driveway. Officers located the vehicle with a male driver asleep at the wheel with the vehicle running. Juan Gonzelezcargo, 21, from Lakewood, N.J. was arrested for DWI. He was charged with DWI, Careless Driving, and other related offenses.
