CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
May 27, 2024, at 5 a.m., Officer Gary Weaver was in the parking lot of 231 Third St. and recognized Timothy B. Sullivan, 31, from Somerville, N.J., as the suspect from a previous crime from the surveillance footage he viewed. The officers arrested Timothy and charged him with Criminal Mischief.
Sgt. Sherry Jones, Officers Anthony Prisco, Nicholas Romeo, and Joseph Mandelbaum assisted in the investigation.
DISORDERLY
May 27, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., Officer Sarah Brooks responded to Second Street to address a disorderly person refusing to leave an establishment. Upon arrival, the female in question had already departed. However, a victim approached the officer and reported being assaulted by Lisa Dulany, 44, from Lakewood, N.J. The officer found Dulany, who was intoxicated and belligerent and subsequently arrested and charged her with disorderly conduct.
Officers Amanda Esmart, Bryan Rodriguez, Brandon Giuliano, and Robert Meyer Jr. assisted in the investigation.

May 28, 2024, at 2 a.m., Officer Gary Weaver responded to a motor vehicle crash off of Pine St. Eudoxio Chacon-Flores, 61, from Howell, N.J. was arrested for DWI and charged with related offenses.
Sergeant Christopher Garretson, Anthony Prisco, and Anthony D’Angelo assisted in the investigation.
DWI
May 30, 2024, at midnight, Officer Brian Guzman responded to a disorderly in the area of County Line Rd. The officer observed a vehicle running in the driveway that belonged to Oscar Salazar-Garcia, 33, from Lakewood N.J. from a previous encounter. Officer Guzman arrested Oscar Salazar-Garcia for DWI and he was charged with related offenses.
Officers Adam Rihacek and Nicholas Cusanelli assisted in the investigation.
