WANTED PERSON
May 22, 2024, at midnight, Sergeant Kevin Martin got out with a suspicious male in the area of 3rd St. and Clifton Avenue. The Sergeant requested dispatch to check for warrants for Carlos Padilla, 47, from Lakewood, N.J. Dispatch confirmed an active warrant and Padilla was subsequently arrested.
Officers Nicholas Cusanelli and Michael Milano assisted in the investigation.

WANTED PERSON
May 22, 2024, at 6 p.m., Officer Kevin Jacobs responded to a disturbance at the headquarters lobby. The officer requested dispatch to check for warrants for Attila Gartai, 55, from Lakewood, N.J. Dispatch confirmed active warrants and Gartai was subsequently arrested.
Officers Gary Weaver, Jeffrey Emmons, and Matthew McAvoy assisted in the investigation.

WANTED PERSON/ELUDING
May 23, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., Officers Michael Livingston and James Komsa observed Monta Johnson, 46, from Lakewood, NJ, in a vehicle in the area of 3rd Street. Johnson had a known warrant. The officers approached Johnson, but he eluded them in his vehicle. The officers later located Johnson on foot, and he was subsequently arrested for the warrant and charged with Eluding (2c:29-2B).
Sergeant Andrew Solomon, Officers Jon Pederson, and Matthew McAvoy assisted in the investigation.

WANTED PERSON
May 24, 2024, Detective Alex Guzman Jr. and Ptl. James Mahecha was in the area of Main Street and observed Saquan Weaver, 32, from Barnegat N.J. from previous encounters. Dispatch confirmed active warrants and Weaver was subsequently arrested.
Lt. Chase Messer, D/Sgt. Tyler Distefano, Officers Deon Smith, Vito Renna, and Anthony Amoroso assisted in the investigation.
