DRUGS
December 15, 2023, at 10 p.m., Officer Adam Rihacek was on patrol near 1st Street when he noticed Ismael Quinones, a 46-year-old from Bricktown, N.J. who appeared to be suffering from a medical condition. After assessing the situation, Officer Rihacek offered medical assistance to Quinones, but he declined. However, upon running a background check, the police dispatch confirmed that there was an outstanding warrant for Quinones’ arrest. As a result, he was taken into custody. During the search incident to arrest, the police found narcotics in Quinones’ possession, and he was subsequently charged accordingly.

Officers Jacob Matthews, Michael Sheehan, and Leonardo Shimonovich assisted in the investigation.

WANTED
December 16, 2023, at 3:15 p.m., Officer Matthew McAvoy was patrolling in the area of 2nd Street and observed Samuel Hudson, 56, from Freehold, N.J. from previous encounters. Dispatch confirmed an active warrant and Hudson was subsequently arrested.

Officers Robert Meyer Jr., Derek McAvoy, and Leticia Diaz assisted in the investigation.

WANTED
December 16, 2023, at 10 p.m., Officer Conner Woods responded to a disorderly call in the area of 2nd Street and while in the area observed Heber Jimenez-Martinez, 24, from Lakewood, N.J. Dispatch confirmed an active warrant and Jimenez-Martinez was subsequently arrested.

DWI
December 17, 2023, at 2 a.m., Officer Adam Rihacek attended to an individual found unresponsive in the driver’s seat near Squankum Rd. Upon approaching, the officer identified the person as Joan Morales, 39, from Lakewood, N.J. Morales was subsequently taken into custody and faced charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI).

Officers Daniel Spagnuolo, Michael Sheehan, and Nicholas Romeo assisted in the investigation.
