A critical court hearing is scheduled for tomorrow morning, Wednesday, March 6th at 9 a.m., as oral arguments on the defense’s motion to dismiss the case against Rabbi Osher Eisemann will be heard.
The outcome of this hearing will likely determine if the prosecution can proceed with a new trial on the two remaining indictments or if they will be dismissed permanently, ending the eight-year long prosecution.
In light of the seriousness of tomorrow’s court proceedings, the roshei yeshiva and rabonim have issued a call to all shuls and chadarim to say Tehillim tomorrow, Wednesday, for Osher Ben Chana Frumit.
Additionally, there will be a Tehillim gathering in Bais Medrash Govoha in Ateres Esther tonight, Tuesday evening, from 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
