The Lakewood yungerman who was critically hurt in a horrific accident in Rome, Italy, last week is undergoing surgery right now.
The surgery is to remove shrapnel that became embedded in his liver. A successful outcome is crucial to his recovery, and could allow him to be flown to the U.S. for further treatment.
