A young child suffered serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle on Hickory Street in Toms River early Wednesday morning.
Hatzolah emergency responders arrived at the scene around 8:30 AM, providing immediate medical care before transporting the child to Jersey Shore University Medical Center for further treatment.
The name for Tehillim is Yair Yehoshua ben Chaya Atara.
This incident follows another pedestrian accident just 24 hours earlier in Lakewood, where an older man was struck and pinned under a bus. He remains hospitalized at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in stable condition.
His name for Tehillim is Dov Shimon ben Baila Sarah.
