TAKE ACTION NOW: $400 Million in Emergency Non-Profit Security Grant Program Funding at Stake

This week, the House is set to vote on the Supplemental Appropriations Act, which we hope will include the Senate’s proposed $400 Million in emergency Non-Profit Security Grant Program funding. This is vital funding needed to help secure our schools, synagogues and other communal institutions during this alarming time of heightened antisemitism.

Since Oct. 7, our yeshivas and Jewish day schools have had to spend nearly DOUBLE in security costs, according to our recent study. This is the unfortunate reality across our communities, as institutions have had to pay burdensome out of pocket costs for additional guards, patrols, and other security measures to combat the current threats.

Our communities need your support and your voice. I urge you to take immediate action by sending a letter to your U.S. Representatives supporting the Supplemental Appropriations Act so we can continue to live, learn and pray in safety.

Thank you for your swift action.
