Shavuos Message From Lakewood PD Chief Greg Meyer

If you are going to be away for the long Holiday and weekend please take a few moments to secure your home and valuables.

Lock up all bicycles and electric scooters, secure any extra vehicles that you are leaving home.

Consider parking a car in your driveway to make it seem like you are home.

Make sure  your ring or camera, security system is turned on and leave some light s on or set timers.

Remember to lock your doors and windows, including  your children’s rooms and let a neighbor know where you will be going so they can keep any eye out for you.

Have a safe shavout and enjoy the weekend.

Chief Gregory Meyer
