Anyone driving south on Route 9 near the Toms River border might have wondered in recent days what was going on there.
LCSW vehicles were parked along the street directing traffic and hordes of people gathered around trucks and inside a store that had a banner outside stating “Igud Bnei Torah” and that the site is the future home of the Ice Cream House.
