For the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the security guard for IronRock at Bnos Melech Elementary School and Meon High School, an incredible K-12 girls’ school. Spending so much time here, I’ve been blessed to watch these girls grow in a place filled with warmth, kindness, and love. It is truly an honor to be part of this school, to protect these children, and to support Rabbi Hess, its dedicated owner and dean. I care for them deeply, and I do not take this responsibility lightly.
I see things most people never get to see—the small moments, the smiles, the progress, and the way every child is nurtured and valued. The teachers are happy. The staff is happy. Everything here revolves around these children. It is rare to find a place where joy fills the halls as it does here. The girls are respectful, full of life, and radiate a sense of safety and support. The families are just as incredible, creating a community that truly feels like one big heart.
Unfortunately, many families are going through heartache and financial struggles. It is very difficult for them, and keeping up with tuition is a real challenge. What Rabbi Hess and his family have built is extraordinary. They pour everything they have into these children. Their focus is not on money—it’s on growth, character, values, and creating a place where every girl can flourish. Yet the financial weight has grown too heavy for one family to carry alone.
That is why I am sharing this. I see the sacrifices, the love, the late nights, and the constant giving. I want to help Rabbi Hess, and I hope that by sharing what I witness every day, this message will reach someone with the heart and means to step in. I pray that God places it before someone who can support this beautiful mission.
If you can help in any way, it would mean more than words can express. These children, this school, and this incredible family truly deserve it.
