In the wake of the recent petirah of Harav Chai Yitzchok Twerski zt”l, the famed and revered Rachmastrivka Rebbe, his son Rav Yissochor Dov (Berel) shlit”a has been named the new Rachmastrivka Rebbe of Lakewood.
Rav Yissochor Dov has been serving as the leader of the Rachmastrivka Shul on County Line Road for many years. He will conduct his first tish as Rebbe this coming Shabbos, after getting up from shiva for his father zt”l.
Additionally, Rav Menachem Nochum, a younger son of the late Rebbe, will become the leader of Rachmastrivka chassidim in Lakewood’s Oak and Vine neighborhoods.
