Rav Shaul Alter Shlit”a Begins US Trip With Lakewood Visit [PHOTOS & VIDEO]

Rav Shaul Alter shlit”a, the world-renowned rosh yeshiva of Ger, arrived in Lakewood on Sunday morning as he begins a five-day trip to the U.S. in support of his mosdos hatorah in Eretz Yisroel.

The rosh yeshiva immediately began his day by davening shacharis at Bais Medrash Pnei Menachem on Lucy Road, after which he made a lchayim and gave shalom to his followers and admirers.

Rav Shaul will be davening mincha/maariv at 4:30 at 58 Broadway Avenue, and will deliver a shiur at the Lakewood Commons shul, 44 Coles Way, at 7 PM.

The rosh yeshiva will then depart Lakewood and head to Florida before going to Boro Park for a grand Asifa on Tuesday. He will return back to Eretz Yisroel on Wednesday.
