During a visit to Lakewood on Sunday, Rav Dovid Yosef, the son of Rav Ovadiah Yosef zt”l and a tremendous talmid chochom himself, met with BMG Rosh Yeshiva Rav Malkiel Kotler shlit”a.
After warm greetings, the two gedolim spent over an hour speaking with each other, discussing divrei torah and relating stories from their lives, with both of the talmidei chachomim expressing deep appreciation for each other.
Rav Dovid Yosef shlit”a is currently in America on a fundraising trip for his mosdos in Eretz Yisroel. He is scheduled to return to Lakewood on Tuesday.
