PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Police Make Arrest on GSP After Woman Holds Up Sign Saying “Help, I’m Kidnapped”

New Jersey State Troopers arrested a man near Exit 123 on the Garden State Parkway a short time ago after stopping the vehicle due to a woman holding a sign that read, “Help, I’m Kidnapped.”

The circumstances surrounding the incident aren’t clear and state troopers have not commented on the incident. However, surveillance footage from the scene show a man being led away in handcuffs as a female watches nearby.

The man was released from custody a short time later.
