The hachnosas sefer torah was held this past Sunday and went to the Lutzk Bais Medrash. Numerous rabbanim participated in the simcha, including Harav Zalman Sorotzkin, Harav Yisroel Neuman, the Skulener Rebbe, the Moshulo Rebbe from Boro Park, Harav Shmuel Blech, and many others.
