A man riding a bike was struck and killed at the intersection of Route 70 and New Hampshire Ave. in Lakewood on Thursday evening.
Paramedics were at the scene treating the victim for multiple life-threatening injuries.
Police investigators were at the scene, and spotlights were set up by Lakewood Shomrim to assist in the investigation.
Police and the Ocean County Prosecutor are investigating the incident.
