A patient was transported to the hospital via medevac following a serious accident on E. Veterans between Hope Chapel and Whitesville on Thursday afternoon.
A utility pole was also on fire due to the crash, with firefighter at the scene handling the situation.
A portion of E. Veterans was closed for a cleanup and investigation.
