Over 400 Attend Women’s Job & Parnassah Networking Event In Lakewood

A massive crowd of over 400 attendees gathered for The Women Earning Initiative’s “Women’s Job & Parnassah Networking Event” this week, a landmark opportunity for women seeking professional growth and career advancement. The event, held at Westwood, brought together job seekers, business owners, and high-level mentors for an evening of inspiration, connections, and opportunities.

One of the event’s highlights was the participation of 10 accomplished mentors, who offered personalized career guidance and advice to attendees throughout the night. These one-on-one sessions provided invaluable direction and clarity for women navigating the professional world.

Speed dating-style interviews were another key feature, with over 70 companies meeting 290+ job seekers to explore potential matches.
