Ocean County Sheriff’s Office Celebrates Officer Promotions and Welcomes New Team Members

The Ocean County Sheriff’s Office recognized the dedication of its officers in a formal ceremony on November 6, where Sheriff Michael Mastronardy presided over the swearing-in of several recently promoted and newly appointed team members.

The promotions highlight a commitment to leadership within the Sheriff’s Office, with Chief Craig Johnson leading the list of officers who advanced to higher ranks. In addition, Lieutenants Harry Foltz and Matthew Scutti, along with Sergeants Frederic Milani, Ryan Schumann, and William White, were honored for their service and dedication.

Two new members, Sheriff’s Officer Jason Glass and Sheriff’s Investigator Jennifer Baker, were also officially welcomed into the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office during the ceremony.

“These promotions and new appointments reflect the professionalism and hard work of our officers,” Sheriff Mastronardy said. “Each of them has shown an exceptional dedication to our community, and I’m excited to see the positive impact they’ll continue to make.”
