Ocean County officials are seeking public input as the county works to update its Farmland Preservation Plan, an effort aimed at protecting agricultural land and supporting the future of local farming.
The county says feedback from residents will help guide decisions on how funding from the Open Space Trust Fund should be used to preserve farmland, strengthen local agriculture, and ensure that farmland remains part of Ocean County for future generations.
Residents are encouraged to complete an online survey and share their views on farmland preservation priorities.
