Ocean County Commissioner Gary Quinn will not be seeking re-election this November, following the Ocean County Screening Committee’s endorsements of Manchester Mayor Rob Arace and Jennifer Bacchione over himself and Commissioner Bobbi Jo Crea.
Quinn is instead endorsing Arace and Baccione, whose nearly-guaranteed elections to the Board further cements County Chairman George Gilmore’s grip on power in Ocean County politics.
